Lexus LF-NXEvery year, the Frankfurt Motor Show gives automakers the chance to show off their latest and greatest wares to the masses, as well as the future of their brands and lineups. For Lexus, the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show is their chance to show off a new concept of compact crossovers in the form of the Lexus LF-NX. A brand-new, never-before-seen vehicle, the LF-NX has generated a buzz surrounding this concept that is palpable, and people cannot wait to see it.

In keeping with the recent trends of the latest Lexus models, the LF-NX will carry forward the spindle grille that is becoming a staple of every vehicle in the lineup. With a new variant of the Lexus Hybrid Drive system, a muscular, aggressive exterior, and Lexus’ “Human Oriented” L-finesse design and style, this compact crossover will look and act the part of one of the world’s most luxurious SUVs from one of the world’s largest luxury brands.

More and more automotive companies are taking on the demands of the publics and creating these smaller, compact crossover SUVs. Mercedes-Benz will be showing its GLA-Class vehicle at the Frankfurt Motor Show as well, and Audi and BMW already have produced these kinds of vehicles with eye-popping sales numbers. The LF-NX concept will join Lexus’ other crossover, the RX, and attempt to take a piece of the crossover pie. With such an amazing history of performance, style, and quality, it shouldn’t be long before the next generation of compact crossovers from Lexus takes hold.
