Now that we have all flipped our calendars from the year that was 2012 and are looking ahead into 2013, Mercedes-Benz has already given us something to be excited about.. The all-new 2014 E-Class has hit the web in glorious fashion, with Mercedes releasing photos and details ahead of its debut at the 2013 Detroit Auto Show. The most versatile class, and one of the most popular in the Mercedes lineup, the E-Class delivers a vast amount of luxury and performance at an affordable price.

The two vehicles in the class that are debuting, the coupe and the cabriolet, have aggressive, impactful redesigns. The front ends of the models look ready to attack the road, while the pillarless designs provide a jaw-dropping stunning profile to impress even the most picky car fans. Athletic and powerful, the new exteriors blast the E-Class past the competition with poise and grace.

The most innovative advancement for the newest additions to the E-Class is the incorporation of the Mercedes Intelligent Drive system. This comprehensive system includes the latest in vehicle safety, including PRE-SAFE®, active lane-keeping assist, collision prevention assist, and much more. These technologies will combine to make the 2014 line of the E-Class one of the most advanced and sophisticated lines to hit the road.

As usual, Mercedes is yet again leading the way into the future of technology and safety in the automotive industry. After a record sales year in 2012, the automotive giant is increasing its world-wide popularity. With these latest models added to its lineup of superior vehicles, what else will 2013 bring for Mercedes and all of its fans?
